Salted Rum Old Fashioned
Ingredients
50ml Bacardi 8
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
Two dashes of Angostura bitters
pinch of Balinese Finishing Salt
Method
Pour all ingredients (including the salt) into a mixing glass or kilner jar.
Stir without ice until the salt is dissolved
Add ice and stir for 30-40 rotations.
Pour into a short glass filled with ice.
